All purchases are shipped out of Vancouver, BC, Canada to anywhere in Canada or the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska, APO addresses, Internationally or US PO Boxes. Orders placed Monday thru Friday will be processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday will be processed the next business day. If there are any delays, we will contact you by email or phone.
- Free shipping within North America for all product orders over $70.
- Orders under $70 within British Columbia- $12.95.
- Orders under $70 dollars throughout the rest of North America- $17.95.
We ship with Canada Post or UPS. UPS will only deliver to physical locations and no PO Box address or APO address.
Returns and Exchanges
We’re confident you will be happy with your purchase and we stand behind our products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, simply return the unused portion in its original packaging, within 15 days of receipt, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for another Coco & Tini product. We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure timely delivery.
Please note: Return shipping fees will not be refunded and only items purchased from www.cocoandtini.com may be accepted for return or exchange.

If your package appears to have been damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavour to have the carrier examine the package and will replace any damaged product at no charge.
