All purchases are shipped out of Vancouver, BC, to anywhere in Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship into the U.S. at the moment but we will begin U.S. shipments in 2012. We also ship internationally at the rates visible during the ordering process. Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be processed the next business day. If there are any delays, we will contact you by email.

Delivery Offerings

All our products are shipped using Canada Post. We offer 3 delivery options for shipping within Canada. Xpresspost, Expedited Parcel and Regular Parcel. Estimated delivery dates will be shown during the ordering process. International shipping options include Xpresspost International, International Parcel-Air and International Parcel-Surface. Choose the speed and rate that best suits your needs.

Returns and Exchanges

We’re confident you will be happy with your purchase and we stand behind our products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, simply return the unused portion in its original packaging, within 15 days of receipt, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for another coco & tini product. We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via Canada Post, UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure timely delivery.

Damaged Items

If your package appears to have been damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us at We will endeavour to have the carrier examine the package and will replace any damaged product at no charge.
